Account data: When you create an account, we collect your email address. Your name is optional.

App data stored on your device: Journal entries, affirmations, manifestations, recordings, vision board images, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not upload this data to our servers.

Subscription data: If you subscribe to Bloom Premium, your subscription is managed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We receive subscription status information (active/expired) but not your payment details.

Your personal content (journals, recordings, images) is stored exclusively on your device. Account data (email, subscription status) is stored on our servers using encrypted connections (TLS) and industry-standard security practices.

Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@heybloomapp.com. Local app data is deleted when you uninstall the app.
